(Australia-NewsWire.Com, January 14, 2016 ) Brisbane, Queensland -- The year 2015 was a time of great travel adventures. As more millennials reach adulthood, the number of young tourists and travelers continues to grow. This 2016, it is expected that traveling will become a part of every millennial's lifestyle.
The abundance of online resources has made it possible for millennials to find beautiful destinations to visit around the globe. Travel websites, forums, and blogs have opened the eyes of the youth to the wonders that are not confined in their hometown.
Because of this, millions of young tourists board planes each year, learning about new cultures and seeing new people of different races. However, despite being away from home, these youngsters still strive to live their usual lifestyles.
One thing that millennials cannot forget when traveling is their beauty and skin care needs. Angela Fray, a 22-year old travel buff, shares some beauty tips when traveling.
"The most important part of my baggage is my cosmetic travel kit. It has all the beauty essentials I need to keep my face and skin beautiful and healthy no matter where I go," Fray stated. "Especially in tropical countries like the Bahamas, my skin care routine needs to be closely maintained."
Fray is just one of the youngsters who are always on the lookout for skin problems when traveling. "When I go to the beach, I tend to get very sensitive to sunlight. I get sunburn even if I've only been on the beach for a few minutes. Sunscreen is my best friend," she added.
Dermatologist Dr. Allie Parker gives millennials some tips for travel skin care. "Different climates can affect the skin significantly. Having your skin care essentials in one kit will save you the trouble of finding an emergency dermatologist."
Dr. Parker says the important thing is to use the same products from home to avoid irritation.
