(Australia-NewsWire.Com, June 07, 2016 ) Sydney, Australia -- It's the age of women empowerment. Women these days do not settle to be home makers anymore. In 2015 Mr D Lennox from ResearchTech stated "According to different studies, women tend to be more and more successful in different high power careers compared to the 1950's. Due to this shift in lifestyle and power, women also prefer products and services that are "right here, right now."
This was reinforced in a survey conducted by beauty company, Hydracol USA. In relation to their flagship product, Polish to Gel, the study has found that more career women now prefer gel nail polish rather than regular acrylic nail polish. Over 300 Sydney-based women in different fields such as medicine, engineering, journalism and public service have been interviewed and surveyed in relation to the study. About 64% of the respondents say that gel nail polish are more reliable in quality and durability.
"I don't have much time to go to a nail spa. So I would rather spend a couple more on a long-lasting nail treatment than a cheap but easily breakable one," said Andrea Gellar, a 25-year-old advertising executive. "I don't mind the extra expense. Just give me great service and high-quality end result."
When asked, however, Chelsea Ritter, a 23-year-old radio reporter, still preferred both quality and affordability. "Of course, I want something that lasts but I also want a great deal. Gel nails are pretty great but they are often way too expensive for a nail polish." Luckily, products like Hydracol's Polish To Gel are now available in the market. Polish To Gel is an inexpensive way to revamp old, regular nail polish and turn it into gel nail polish without the need of a professional nail technician.
